18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-30 years; 2. BMI > 18.5 and < 24 kg/m2; 3. No history of smoking and excessive drinking; 4. No history of major diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who currently or have had chronic gastrointestinal diseases, severe gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer bleeding, chronic diarrhea, or gastrointestinal resection that may affect absorption; 2. Severe liver, gallbladder, and kidney diseases at present or in the past; 3. Suffer from infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, active pulmonary tuberculosis and AIDS; 4. Cancer patients or those receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy within five years; 5. Any mental illness: patients with epilepsy or those who use antidepressants during anti-epileptic treatment; 6. Alcoholics (drink more than 5 times a week, at least 2 taels of white wine or half a catty of rice wine each time); 7. Those who cannot take care of themselves due to physical disability; 8. Those who are currently taking medications; 9. Those who are participating in other intervention trials; 10. Those who are considered unsuitable to participate in this research due to other reasons.
