Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed according to Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes have no previous history of hypoglycemic drug use 2. Right-handed 3. Normal vision, normal liver and kidney function 4. Aged 18-60 years, BMI > 20kg/m2 5. Age/average education level/gender /BMI of healthy adults in the control group was matched with that of the experimental group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar syndrome; 2. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, or other intracranial organic lesions (such as tumor, infection, poisoning, metabolic disease); 3. Neurological or psychiatric disorders, notably painful neurological disorders; 4. Hypoglycemia occurred at 48h (less than 2.6mmol/L); 5. Previous history of cardiovascular disease or other systemic tumors; 6. Hemodynamic diseases (hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism/anemia, etc.); 7. Body temperature is more than 37.5 degrees C; 8. Contraindications or incompatibility with MRI scanning.
