Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of this study were as follows: referring to the PMdd standard recommended by Diagnosticand Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders: DSM-V. (1) According to PMDD diagnostic criteria; (2) Regular menstrual cycle (28 ±3 days); (3) Aged between 18 and 45 years; (4) No combination of drugs or other clinical related treatments during the trial; (5) Right handedness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other neurological diseases, mental diseases, endocrine diseases, history of psychotropic drugs, alcohol dependence; (2) Patients with somatic diseases, recent brain trauma, severe infection or operation; (3) Lactating or pregnant women; (4) Those with irregular menstrual cycles; (5) Participate in other clinical drug observation researchers; (6) Patients with contraindications to tVNS or those without response to tVNS; (7) Have a history of smoking.
