Age
35 Years to 42 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the female was 35-42 years old; 2. It was in accordance with the indications of IVF-ET; 3. Patients who received routine IVF or ICSI; 4. Ovarian stimulation was performed with agonist long protocol or antagonist regimen; 5. Understand and accept the relevant benefits and risks of this study, and have the conditions for treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. One of the husband and wife had chromosome abnormality; 2. Patients treated with PGT; 3. Repeated planting failed; 4. Recurrent abortion (spontaneous abortion frequency > 2 times); 5. Moderate or above intrauterine adhesions or uterine malformations without treatment; 6. Untreated tuberculosis of the reproductive system; 7. Untreated hydrosalpinx; 8. Stage III-IV endometriosis or adenomyosis; 9. Known acute and chronic diseases can not tolerate pregnancy or IVF-ET treatment; 10. There are definite contraindications to IVF-ET; 11. Other patients who were not considered suitable for inclusion in the study.
