30 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study cohort: 1. 6-9 weeks of gestation or 12-16 weeks pregnancy pregnant women in the clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University; 2. A singleton viable fetus (determined by transvaginal ultrasound) between gestational week 6 and week 9 plus 6 days or between gestational week 12 and week 16 plus 6 days; 3. Meet any one or more following criteria: Age between 30 and 45 years old BMI betwwen 24 and 35 kg/m2 Previous Polycystic ovary syndrome history 4. Follow regular prenatal check and have delivery in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Control cohort: 1. Screening for GDM at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation in the clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University; 2. A singleton viable fetus (determined by transvaginal ultrasound) between gestational week 24 and week 28 plus 6 days 3. Meet any one or more following criteria: Age between 30 and 45 years old BMI betwwen 24 and 35 kg/m2 Previous Polycystic ovary syndrome history 4. Follow regular prenatal check and have delivery in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic liver or kidney dysfunction, or hepatitis b virus infection; 2. History of heart, hematologic, immune system or malignant diseases; 3. History of congenital adrenal hyperplasia or hypogonadotropic hypogonadism or other congenital diseases; 4. History of other congenital diseases 5. History of thyroid dysfunction; 6. History of scar uterus, the uterus adhesion; 7. Without irregular prenatal examination during pregnancy; 8. Patients diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes before pregnancy; 9. Patients with moderate anemia during pregnancy.
