Interventions

Intervention group:Nutritional intervention: NRS2002 assessment scale = 3 points
it is recommended that patients consume 1.2g/kg protein per day
on the basis of general diet, the corresponding ONS will be given according to the patient's basic disease and intestinal function
Intervention group:Sports intervention: 1) Grip exercise: Provide a 10kg grip dynamometer, and ask patients to exercise 20 times a day for the left and right hands.
Intervention group:Exercise intervention: 2) Aerobic exercise: walking: provide patients with step counting devices, and recommend patients to walk at least 7,500 steps (about 1 hour) a day.
Intervention group:Exercise intervention: 3) Resistance exercise: Climbing stairs exercise: It is recommended that patients climb stairs 3 times a day, up and down 5 floors each time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with early and advanced colorectal cancer within a limited period; 2. Initial treatment patients, have not received chemotherapy and other anti-tumor treatments before surgery; 3. Aged >= 65 years, male or female; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification <= III; 5. Sign the written informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing non-radical surgery; 2. Patients with preoperative disability or physical disability who cannot complete skeletal muscle functional exercise; 3. People with mental disorders and history of drug abuse; 4. Women during lactation and pregnancy.
