Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 70-90 years; 2. Patients who plan to have gastroscopy (including biopsy) and endoscopic polypectomy; 3. ASA class II-III, normal cardiac function or nhya heart function class I-II; 4. BMI 18.5-29.9 kg / m2 [BMI = weight (kg) / height (m) 2] (2013 us "adult overweight and obesity management guidelines); 5. The patients were tested voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious nervous system diseases (such as stroke acute stage, convulsion, epilepsy not effectively controlled); 2. Preoperative blood pressure >= 180 / 110 mm Hg (WHO-ISH hypertension guideline grade 3 hypertension); 3. Arrhythmia, unstable angina and myocardial infarction occurred within 3 months; 4. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Difficult airway and severe respiratory diseases (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, mouth opening disorder, neck limited movement of the neck or mandible, morbid obesity, acute respiratory infection, acute episode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uncontrolled asthma, etc.); 6. Patients with achalasia; 7. Patients with gastrointestinal surgery history; 8. Identify / suspect abuse or long-term use of narcotic sedatives and analgesics; 9. Take hormone or other immunosuppressant for more than 10 days within half a year, or have a history of adrenal cortex inhibition or have an immune system; 10. There are contraindications or allergies to test drugs and other narcotic drugs; 11. Patients with oxygen saturation <= 95% before examination; 12. Patients who participated in other studies within 30 days; 13. Patients with communication disorders.
