19 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male; (2) Good health, no signs, symptoms or medical history of chronic diseases; (3) Regular exercise plan or habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a family history of genetic disease, heart disease, serious surgery, respiratory disease or other medical diseases; (2) Acute or overuse lower limb injury or muscle injury in the medical history; (3) Any symptoms of lower limb muscle soreness in the first 3 months of the study.
