Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Imaging confirmed the presence of lesions in the epiphyseal complex. B. Age less than 14 years old, male or female is not limited. C. According to the patient's condition, the doctor in charge of the patient suggested that the operation of lesion resection or lesion biopsy should be adopted. D. The subjects or their legal representatives voluntarily accepted the treatment and signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Imaging confirmed that the epiphysis of the lesion was closed. B. The patients who were highly suspected as malignant tumor and had distant metastasis were excluded from this study; however, those who were only suspected as malignant tumor and had no distant metastasis could still join the study and underwent biopsy strictly according to the principle of no tumor. C. Preoperative X-ray, CT, MRI imaging data were incomplete. D. Patients with infection and poor general situation could not accept the operation. E. Patients do not agree to participate in this clinical trial, and other researchers think that they are not suitable to participate in this trial study.
