18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Admitted to ICU after grade III or above surgery; (2) Aged between 18 and 85 years; (3) The expected length of hospital stay is more than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In addition to the use of insulin or oral amiodarone, take a variety of hormone drugs; (2) Thyroid nodules were found in b-mode ultrasonography; (3) Having thyroid diseases (hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid tumor, etc.); (4) Any hormone therapy is under way. (5) Death or discharge from ICU within 7 days of admission. (6) Has been included in other RCT tests; (7) The patient or the legal authorized person is not willing to participate in the trial. (8) The investigator judged that the patient was not suitable for inclusion (e.g. severe hypotension; potential disputes exist; long mechanical ventilation support time).
