Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Methods: 60 patients, male and female, with ASA grade III-IV, aged 18-65 years, weighing 40-75kg, were selected for peritoneal dialysis catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmia, obvious heart failure and cardiogenic shock; 2. Allergic to creatine phosphate; 3. Local anesthetic allergy; 4. Patients with puncture site damage or infection.
