Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Newly or previously diagnosed with PCOS According to the revised Rotterdam criteria in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, and androgen-secreting neoplasm; 2. Women who were currently pregnant, or pregnant, post-abortion, postpartum, or breast feeding in the past 3 months; 3. Women refusing to accomplish test or treatment in this clinical trial.
