18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 to 65 years; 2) BMI 1828 kg/m2; 3) Patients with ASA grade I-II; 4) The subjects understood and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction, abnormal blood routine and blood biochemical indexes before operation; 2) People with severe neuropsychiatric diseases; 3) History of esophageal reflux; 4) Allergic to study drug 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) Recently used sedative and analgesic drugs.
