Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 80 years; (2) clear diagnosis of PA-HSOS (in line with Nanjing criteria); (3) received TIPS therapy (with or without anticoagulation history).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refused to be followed-up or follow-up time after TIPS therapy < 6.0 months; (2) The loss of most of the clinical data; (3) Patients with malignant tumor or other severe diseases; (4) TIPS failure (unsuccessful TIPS procedure or shunt dysfunction in one month after TIPS).
