Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Consciousness, normal cognition, normal verbal or written expression and communication, able to wear prosthetic breasts and perform Tai Chi exercises in accordance with the guidance of the researcher, understand and fill in the questionnaire correctly under the guidance of the researcher. (2) Between 18-60 years old. (3) KPS score >= 70 points, Barthel self-care ability score >= 70 points. (4) The diagnosis of unilateral breast cancer was confirmed by imaging and histopathological examination. (5) Plan to accept unilateral total breast resection before surgery, with or without regional lymph node dissection. (6) There is no obvious abnormality of the spine and body posture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Head, neck, shoulder, back and waist pain caused by any reason. (2) Once or currently suffering from neurological diseases. (3) Has had or currently has spinal disease or has undergone spinal surgery. (4) Has or currently has musculoskeletal diseases or has undergone musculoskeletal surgery. (5) There are contraindications to X-ray whole spine photography.
