Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The available bone width of alveolar ridge is less than 4mm; Patients with vertical moderate to severe bone defects, bone grafting alone or GBR is difficult to achieve the ideal effect of bone increment. 2) No uncontrolled systemic or systemic diseases unsuitable for implantation; 3) Good compliance, willing to follow the follow-up visit plan; 4) There are no systemic diseases or local lesions that can affect osteogenesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Systemic or local acute inflammation; 2) Patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the last 5 years; 3) Patients with smoking and alcohol abuse; 4) Patients who cannot tolerate implant surgery; 5) Long-term use of immunosuppressants or bisphosphonates.
