Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The DSM-4 Diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder or persistent depressive disorder; (2) Aged 18-65 years, male or female; (3) Hamilton Depression Scale,(HAMD-17)>= 7 (when obtaining informed consent); (4) Received education for >= 9 years and use Chinese as native language; (5) Sufficient audio-visual and understanding ability; (6) Written informed consent of the subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious or active physical illness that may interfere with the treatment of the study at present; (2) Other mental illnesses (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia) (3) Received other psychotherapy in the last 3 months; (4) Obvious suicidal ideation, attempt or behavior (e.g., score of item 3 of HAMD-17 >= 3); (5) The investigator believes that there are other conditions that are not suitable for participating in the clinical trial.
