Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is not limited, men and women are not limited; 2. It meets Parkinson's diagnostic criteria, and at the same time, clear symptoms of constipation, while excluding organic disease, abnormal metabolism, abnormal brain structure, etc., and 2 specialists The attending or above-mentioned physicians make a joint diagnosis; 3. Stop all kinds of antibiotics, antifungal drugs, antiviral drugs, probiotics, prebiotics and immunosuppressive drugs, and other drugs that may affect the results of the study for more than 1 month; 4. Volunteer to participate in this experiment, the guardian signs the informed consent form, and can adhere to the treatment follow-up.
