Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The indications for PCNL surgery are based on the 2014 Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of urological diseases: 1) The stone load is within 3.5cm; 2) Stones are located in the renal pelvis or calyces; 3) No hydronephrosis or slight hydronephrosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative CT value, blood biochemical and inflammatory indicators were confirmed to be infectious stones; 2) Patients with purulent kidney confirmed by intraoperative puncture; 3) Obvious surgical contraindications: such as severe cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency, liver insufficiency, abnormal coagulation function, severe uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus, severe uncontrolled hypoproteinemia, and acid-base ion balance disorder; 4) Incomplete postoperative follow-up data.
