Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 65 years old who underwent thoracotomy / thoracoscopic anatomical (segmental pneumonectomy, lobectomy or double lobectomy) or non-anatomical (wedge) pneumonectomy for the first time. (2) Patients with non-small cell lung cancer or benign tumor or inflammatory changes with postoperative pathological stage Ia. (3) Willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hearing and visual impairment, Parkinson's disease, severe cognitive impairment or mental illness who are unable to participate in the assessment of weakness. (2) Patients with chronic pain before operation. (3) Patients with disease recurrence, chronic infection or reoperation during the follow-up period.
