Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing joint replacement surgery under general anesthesia,Over the age of 60,ASA grade II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery or operation time expected = 180mmHg after hypertension medication), renal impairment (serum Cr >= 2 mg/dL), or liver damage [ASAT/ALAT >= 2.5 x ULN].
