Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed as LC by cytology/pathology; 2. The subject shall obtain the consent of himself/herself and his/her family members and sign the informed consent before the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are metabolic syndrome, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism and other endocrine diseases; 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma and other respiratory diseases; 3. Patients with other tumors and who have received treatment for malignant tumors or distant metastasis during the treatment period or in the recent 3 years; 4. Persons with limited activities of lower limbs; 5. Those who meet the "Guidelines for Exercise Testing for Cancer Patients of the American Thoracic Society"; 6. Unclear consciousness, unable to take the initiative to participate in the inspection; 7. Sports professional.
