Experimental group:Ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with lumbar quadratus muscle block

Control group:Bilateral lumbar quadratus block guided by ultrasound

18 Years to 66 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-66 years and weighing 44-80 kg,BMI 16-29 kg/m2,ASA I-III were selected for elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to anesthetic drugs; 2. puncture site infection; 3. abnormal blood coagulation function; 4. lumbar and abdominal radiotherapy or surgery history; 5. neuromuscular or mental illness patients; 6. change the mode of operation and anesthesia; 7. serious cardiopulmonary diseases should not be general anesthesia; 8. unable to understand and communicate: 9. patients who take sedative and analgesic drugs for a long time.
