Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age less than 40 years; 2) Bilateral ovaries were intact without morphological abnormalities; 3) Both husband and wife have normal chromosomes; 4) The uterine cavity of the patient is normal, without adhesions or scars; 5) The patient's endocrine is normal; 6) No hydrosalpinx.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of hypertension, diabetes, ARTERiovenous thrombosis, liver disease, kidney disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, other autoimmune diseases; 2) For patients whose HCG injection date or before has been determined not to be suitable for fresh embryo transfer; 3) Have taken contraceptives or estrogen hormones in the past two months; 4) No other immunomodulatory drugs, including glucocorticoids and cyclosporin, were taken or perfused in the past two months.
