Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects of this study are STEMI patients hospitalized within 24h after the onset of the disease from September 2020 to August 2021 in all participating institutes. Both conservative treatment, thrombolytic therapy and emergency PCI strategies are included. Inclusion criteria: within 24h of onset of chest pain upon admission; > 18 years; accord with the latest diagnostic criteria of the Chinese STEMI Guidelines (2019) for diagnosis and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases and severe chronic infections; 2. Systolic blood pressure = CKD stage iii); 5. Malignant tumor diagnosed and treated within 5 years; 6. The pregnancy; 7. Potassium > 5.4mmol/L; 8. Patients who have used ACEI or contraindicated USE of ACEI within 36 hours; 9. Patients participating in other interventional clinical trials.
