Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with thoracolumbar fractures who plan to undergo posterior open reduction and internal fixation for bone graft fusion 2) Aged from 18 to 70 years; 3) Male or female; 4) The patient agrees to participate in the trial and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with bone tumor, tuberculosis, infection and other pathological fractures or severe osteoporosis, combined with other organs injury.
