20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of early cervical cancer (IA1 lymphovascular space invasion, IA2, IB1, IB2, IIA1); 2. Preoperative pathological diagnosis was cervical squamous cell carcinoma, cervical adenosquamous cell carcinoma or cervical adenocarcinoma; 3. Aged = 60; 5. First time treatment; 6. The subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up; (Note: The measurement of maximum diameter of cervical lesion is subject to imaging).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All kinds of surgical contraindications cannot accept the operation; 2. Patients who have received pelvic/abdominal radiotherapy or chemotherapy previously; 3. CT, MRI or PET suggest extracervical metastasis; 4. Unable or unwilling to comply with research requirements.
