18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years, female; 2. PCOS: necessary: (hypomenorrhea or amenorrhea or irregular uterine bleeding) + 1 / 2 (hyperandrogenism or anemia) (ultrasound PCOM); and exclude other diseases (such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, androgen secreting tumor, etc.); 3. Irregular exercise in recent 3 months; 4. In recent 3 months, there was no effect on insulin sensitivity and hormone drugs; 5. Contraception should be strictly controlled during non lactation or pregnancy; 6. There was no history of major cardiovascular diseases such as acute and chronic respiratory system; 7. Willing to accept randomized grouping.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who have not recovered from sports injury; 2. Any patients who have not recovered after operation; 3. Other people who are not suitable for sports.
