Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. In the diagnosis of cerebral apoplexy in accordance with the Chinese medical association in 1995 the fourth national cerebrovascular disease conference by "all kinds of cerebrovascular disease diagnosis; 3. With head CT and MRI showed clinical responsibility lesions; 4. Treatment can be started within 24 hours of symptom recognition; 5. Written informed consent by patient or proxy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any type of cerebral hemorrhage (only microbleeds are allowed) on neuroimaging; 2. Known hereditary or acquired hemorrhagic diathesis, coagulation factor deficiency; 3. Baseline platelet counts < 40 x 10^9/L; 4. Severe heart, liver or kidney failure and other serious or terminal illness; 5. Pregnant or lactating or positive pregnancy test on admission; 6. Dementia or psychiatric disease that would confound the neurological or functional evaluations; 7. Current participation in another drug or device research; 8. The patient can not accomplish CT/MRI test.
