Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Indications of total hysterectomy (myoma, adenomyosis, cervical precancerous lesions, endometrial atypical hyperplasia, IA1 cervical cancer, endometrial carcinoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma), planned for total hysterectomy. 2. American Society of Anesthesiology score (ASA) 1-3. 3. The patients who participated in the study approved the two surgical methods and were willing to accept either of them randomly. 4. Aged between 18 and 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With other malignant tumors, the scope of operation should be expanded at the same time. 2. Ovarian cyst should be removed and frozen biopsy. 3. Combined with pelvic floor prolapse, vulvovaginal lesions, appendiceal lesions, need surgical intervention at the same time. 4. Ultrasound showed that the maximum diameter of uterus was greater than 12cm, or deep endometriosis was suspected 5. History of pelvic or abdominal radiotherapy. 6. There are contraindications and can not tolerate the operation. 7. History of peritoneal dialysis, pancreatitis and pelvic tuberculosis. 8. Patients with poor compliance or long distance can not be fully followed up.
