Inclusion criteria: (1) Male; (2) Aged 18-25 years; (3) Good health; (4) Have regular exercise habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Smoking, alcoholism; (2) Heart disease, respiratory system disease or other medical diseases; (3) Have special training experience.
