Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single ACL fracture of unilateral leg, autologous hamstring ACL reconstruction through arthroscopy, no other ligament damage, postoperative time 2-6 weeks; 2. Swelling of the knee joint on the affected side grade 0 or 1+; 3. The extension Angle of the affected side knee is the same as that of the healthy side, and the passive buckling Angle is greater than 90°; 4. Knee load on the affected side is up to 100%; 5. Quadriceps muscle strength on the affected side can maintain leg suspension for more than 10s; 6. Sign the informed consent of rehabilitation treatment and actively cooperate with the treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to meet the above diagnostic criteria, or combined with other injuries; 2. Patients with cerebellar and vestibular lesions; Mental disorders; 3. 4. Patients with severe diseases of heart, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system or mental illness; 5. Previous serious weight-bearing bone diseases, such as spinal joint tumor, tuberculosis or moderate or above osteoporosis.
