Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only when subjects meet all the following criteria are they suitable for inclusion in this study 1. Aged 35-70 years, no gender limit; 2. People who have been exposed to pesticides for a long time (exposure to pesticides more than or equal to twice a week); 3. Those who have not taken antibiotics in the past three months; If any of the above answers is "No", it cannot be included in clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the subject meets any of the following criteria, it cannot be selected: 1. Those who have taken antibiotics in the past three months; 2. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. People with a history of alcoholism; 4. People with a history of allergies to lactic acid bacteria and their products or with high allergies; 5. Those who have received other drug research within 3 months before screening; 6. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this research; 7. Poor blood pressure control (blood pressure >= 160mmHg/100 mmHg); 8. Those with active peptic ulcer; 9. People with previous intestinal diseases such as lactose intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, habitual diarrhea, etc.
