35 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 35-45 years; 2) basal FSH > 10 IU / L in menstrual period or no more than 5 follicles in bilateral ovarian basal sinus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other diseases affecting embryo implantation, such as endometrial lesions, endometriosis, hydrosalpinx, etc.; 2) patients with other medical or endocrine diseases such as heart disease, hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 3) various acute infectious diseases; 4) repeated transplantation failure.
