Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2014; the first cerebral infarction resulted in unilateral upper limb paralysis with wrist flexion spasm; the course of disease was less than 1 month, and the condition was stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients complicated with other nervous system diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, congestive heart failure and malignant tumor, and patients with obvious cognitive dysfunction or severe sensory dysfunction.
