Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with stage I/II pulmonary sarcoidosis confirmed by pathology diagnosis; 2) The specimens remaining after the clinical examination, such as pathology and etiology, could meet the research requirements; 3) Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent; 4) There is no restriction on gender and age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Mental patients; 2) Pregnancy or lactation; 3) Staff in the hospital and their families; 4) The remaining samples could not meet the research needs after clinical examination; 5) Combined connective tissue diseases, advanced tumors, use of glucocorticoids (prednisone acetate >= 10mg/day or other equivalent glucocorticoids), immunomodulators, infections, or general anesthesia Those, which may affect the patient's immune status in the past month.
