Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-80 with pathological diagnosis of high-risk NMIBC were eligible for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded not only with bladder stones, glaucoma, obstruction of the bladder outlet, previous pelvic irradiation treatment, urinary tract infections, morbid obesity, chronic pain, chemical substance abuse, and severe renal or heart diseases, but also who were taking drugs beneficial to OAB.
