18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Non-recurring Stroke; 2.Onset of stroke more than 1m; 3.Moderate or severe hand dysfunction; 4.Score below 3 on the MAS; 5.Aged 18-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other neurological disease; 2. cognitive deficits(a score below 24 points on the Mini Mental State Examination); 3. Sensory aphasia and severe mixed aphasia; 4. seizure; 5. Fracture; 6. patients with implanted metallic or electronic devices; 7. Cranial defect; 8. Other cranial nerves intervention.
