Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: patients diagnosed with primary aldosteronosis (ARR > 50 or with at least one positive diagnostic test: oral high-sodium diet, fluorohydrocortisone test, saline infusion test, and captopril test). Control group: essential hypertension patients with nonfunctional adrenal hyperplasia or nonfunctional adrenal adenoma (EH).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking drugs affect bone metabolism (double phosphonic acid salt, and the single resistance, tenet peptide, raloxifene, ever more Finn, corticosteroids, etc.) or combined with other diseases can cause secondary osteoporosis (such as thyroid disease, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic liver disease, disease of grow in quantity of gonad hypofunction, cortisol, primary hyperparathyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, osteoarthritis, blood system diseases, etc.).
