Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-70 years old chronic hepatitis B patients with HBeAg positive; 2. Regular antiviral treatment for at least one year, HBeAg is still positive; 3. At present, we continue to use nucleosides for antiviral treatment; 4. Serum HBV DNA < 500copies / ml, HBsAg < 3000iu / ml, HBeAg < 40 s / Co; 5. ALT < 80 U / L, AST < 80 U / L; 6. 24 weeks after interferon or pegylated interferon treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcoholism; 2. Hereditary or severe metabolic liver disease, such as Wilson's disease or hemochromatosis; 3. Co-infection with hepatitis A virus, hepatitis C virus, hepatitis E virus, EB virus or cytomegalovirus; 4. Complicated with malignant tumor; 5. Autoimmune liver disease; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Decompensated cirrhosis; 8. Antibiotics or probiotics have been used in latest 15 days.
