Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body mass index: BMI >= 28kg/m2, age: 18 to 65 years old, ASA: II ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of a mental or neurological disease; Allergic to local anesthetics; Patients with severe alcoholism; Long-term use of analgesics for chronic pain; Skin infection at or near the puncture site; Clotting dysfunction.
