Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995 and were confirmed to have cerebral apoplexy by CT or MRI; 2. Clear consciousness, able to communicate with words or language, express clearly and complete the questionnaire; 3. The patients volunteered to participate in this study and agreed to be followed up after discharge; 4. Aged >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe accompanying diseases, such as severe arrhythmia, failure of vital organs, malignant tumor, myocardial infarction, etc.; 2. Recently encountered other major stress events; 3. Patients with unconsciousness or dementia, severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 4. Unable to follow up or unwilling to cooperate after discharge.
