Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 136 bronchiectatci patients diagnosized by HRCT and admitted to the PCCM unit of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from Jan,2020 to Dec 2021 for acute apisode of bronchiectasis,of which with at least one of the four symptoms including more cough,phlegm,shortness of breath and wheezing more than the usual level so that hospitalization is necessary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bronchiectatic patients with milignant tumors,psychiatric illness and HIV positivity ,pregnant women and under-age patients are exclued.
