Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest, aged 18-80 years, both male and female; patients or their family members (if the patient's consciousness is not clear) agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent when entering the room

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DNR), terminal status of advanced tumor and other diseases, pre hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and unable to obtain serum samples before resuscitation, and other situations that the research physician considered unsuitable for inclusion.
