Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 35 years old female; 2. PCOS: Essential: (oligoovulation and/or anovulation or irregular uterine bleeding) + 1/2 (Clinical or biochemical hyperandrogenemia) (PCOM); and exclude other diseases (such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing syndrome) , androgen-secreting tumors, etc.); 3. no regular exercise in recent 3 months; 4. No insulin sensitivity affecting and hormonal drugs using in recent 3 months; 5. no breastfeeding or pregnancy, strict contraception; 6. no major acute and chronic cardiovascular system, respiratory system, kidney system and other medical history; 7. willing to accept randomized grouping.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any people who has not yet cured after sports injury; 2. Any people who has not recovered after surgery; 3. Others who are not suitable for sports.
