40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=40 years; 2. Willing to take ophthalmic examination; 3)Cognitive unimpaired(control group); 3. Meets the diagnostic criteria for AD issued by the 2011 NIA-AA(AD group; MCI group; preclinical AD group); 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not cooperate with ophthalmological or neurological examination; 2. Dementia not caused by AD (vascular dementia, lewy body dementia, etc.); 3. Severe systemic disease (uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus, stroke or TIA); 4. Eye diseases (glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and vitreoretinopathy, etc. Spherical diopter >-6.00D, Column diopter >-3.00D, Axial length >26.5mm, excluding cataract intraocular lens implantation history, severe refractive media turbidity.
