Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The two selected community units in each city should contain more than 100000 resident population, and have similar demographic characteristics (age distribution, gender ratio, education level, stroke emergency knowledge, etc.), and the local health and epidemic prevention policies and economic development level of the two community units are similar; 2. The hospitals in each community unit (mainly a tertiary hospital, supplemented by 1-2 level 2-3 hospitals) serve more than 90% of stroke patients in the community unit and have similar standardized stroke treatment capabilities (3-hour arrival rate, EMS utilization rate, intravenous thrombolysis rate); 3. The main treatment hospitals in the community unit have the ability to coordinate grass-roots doctors and local administrative departments to complete the stroke 120 health education program in the community unit; 4. In order to avoid cross contamination, the physical distance between any two community units is more than 20 km.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Community units that do not meet the inclusion criteria can not be included in this study.
