18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female patients aged 18-80 years; 2) Patients undergoing initial endoscopic detection; 3) Patients who have not used antibiotics, bismuth, H2RA, PPI and other drugs within 1 month; 4) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have had upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital or other hospitals before; 2) Any history of esophageal, gastric, and duodenal surgery; 3) History of gastrointestinal malignancy; 4) The guardian or patient refuses to be enrolled; 5) Persons without legal capacity or poor self-knowledge.
