Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: in good health, there was no systemic underlying disease, and no adverse addictions such as smoking and drinking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, people with chronic infectious diseases or inflammation, participants using therapeutic drugs, vitamins and/or antioxidant supplements and those who had recently been exposed to radiation (within six month), and those who had medical or family history of blood diseases were excluded from the study
