Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for acute exacerbation of COPD: (1) Male or female, aged > 40 years; (2) Have exposure to at least one risk factor, such as smoking, biofuels, host factors, etc., of which the smoking index is >= 10 pack years, and the use of biofuels is >= 10 years; Host factors include premature delivery, childhood respiratory diseases, family history and occupation; (3) Have respiratory symptoms such as chronic cough, expectoration or shortness of breath; (4) In the past 1 year, pulmonary function showed that FEV1/FVC 40 years; (2) Meet one of the following conditions: 1) Have respiratory symptoms such as cough and expectoration; 2) Fever, body temperature >= 37.3 degree C; 3) Wet rales can be heard in the lungs. (3) Lung CT has signs of lower respiratory tract infection (including but not limited to: patch shadow, consolidation shadow, ground glass exudation, etc.); (4) More than one month before admission or before discharge, pulmonary function showed: FEV1/FVC >= 80%; (5) Hospitalization due to lower respiratory tract infection, the course of disease <= 7 days. (6) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have received flu vaccine or other virus vaccine in the past year; 2.Long-term use of systemic glucocorticoids; 3.Combined with severe organ dysfunction; 4.Suffering from active infection: such as tuberculosis; 5.The Enrolled subjects will not participate repeatedly; 6.Use of other investigational intervention within within 30 days.
